•  Los Angeles ranked 5th place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 83.5%, down -2.4% compared to March 2016 (85.6%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $171.76 and ranked 8th among the Top 25 Markets, down -0.2% compared to March 2016 ($172.14).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $143.48 and ranked 6th among the Top 25 Markets, down -2.6% compared to March 2016 ($147.34).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.57 million countywide, down -0.8% over March 2016 (2.59 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (88.1%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.

•  Los Angeles ranked 5th place among the Top 25 Markets with a YTD Occupancy rate of 79.6%, down -2.4% compared to the same period last year (81.5%).
o Markets ranking higher are Oahu Island (82.6%), Miami (82.0%), Orlando (81.4%), and Tampa (79.8%).
•  Los Angeles YTD ADR is $169.69 and ranks 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, down -0.2% compared to the same period last year ($169.98).  
•  Los Angeles YTD RevPAR is $135.00 and ranks 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, down -2.5% compared to the same period last year ($138.51).  
•  YTD rooms nights sold are 7.09 million countywide, reflecting a -1.5% decrease over 2016 (7.20 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (85.8%) and South Bay (82.6%) reported the highest occupancy rate year to date.
