The Guide to LA PRIDE

The annual LA PRIDE celebration welcomes over 500,000 people each year to West Hollywood. Taking place June 7-9, 2013, the festival continues to be a major focus for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) pride in the greater Los Angeles area. LA PRIDE is produced by Christopher Street West, a non-profit service organization composed of volunteers committed to the goals of human rights, education, outreach, and better understanding within and outside the LGBT community. From the LA PRIDE celebration and live performances at West Hollywood Park and parade on Santa Monica Blvd, to satellite events happening outside the festival throughout the weekend, read on for our guide to LA PRIDE.

In honor of LA PRIDE, Out & About Tours, Hollywood’s first and only gay tour company, has created a car-free itinerary that explores Los Angeles through the lens of LA’s LGBT history.
