Following its time in the world spotlight on its cross-country flight to Los Angeles and two-day trek through the city, space shuttle Endeavour is preparing to greet the world from its new Los Angeles home.  On Oct. 30, the California Science Center opened its Samuel Oschin Space Shuttle Endeavour Display Pavilion with extended operating hours for the first month of public viewing to accommodate anticipated demand.  LA Tourism is supporting the event with a “Final Frontier” themed international group press trip and press release, and is working with the California Science Center on promotional plans slated for 2013.
