•  Los Angeles ranked 7th place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 68.4%, down -2.0% compared to the same period last year (69.8%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $152.15 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +3.1% compared to the same period last year ($147.56).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $104.02 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +1.0% compared to the same period last year ($102.97).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.09 million countywide, down -1.6% over December 2015 (2.12 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (75.3%) and the South Bay (71.8%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.

•  Los Angeles ranked 4th place among the Top 25 Markets with a year end Occupancy rate of 81.3%, up +2.1% compared to the same period last year (79.6%).
    - Markets ranking higher are New York (85.9%), San Francisco (84.3%), and Oahu Island (84.2%).
•  Los Angeles YE ADR is $171.95 and ranks 6th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +8.6% compared to the same period last year ($158.35). 
•  Los Angeles YE RevPAR is $139.65 and ranks 6th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +10.8% compared to the same period last year ($126.05). 
•  Year end rooms nights sold are 29.21 million countywide, reflecting a +2.4% increase over 2015 (28.53 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (84.7%) and Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey (84.3%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the year.
