Hermosa Beach

There's no city like Hermosa which captures the essence of L.A.'s beach life. Experience wide sandy beaches on which world famous surf and volleyball competitions take place. Take up a spot to sunbathe, rent a bike, ride a skateboard or pair of rollerblades. hit up the Hermosa pier for some food and libations as well as a view that stretches all the way to Santa Monica. Manhattan Beach

Welcome to Manhattan Beach, called none other than The Pearl of L.A.'s South Bay and memorialized in the popular Beach Boys' hit, "Surfin' U.S.A." Take a gander at the impressive beachfront real estate as you walk, run, bike, rollerblade or skateboard on The Strand, a fantastic place to people-watch as well. Downtown Manhattan Beach is a culinary force not to be overlooked, with great seafood shack, gastropub and fine dining options.
